The Company

Strickland & Sons is one of the oldest tailoring businesses in London and possibly the oldest on Savile Row; established in 1780, we moved to Savile Row in 1887.

Our long heritage and desire for perfection ensures that we meet the demands of our international clientele. The style of our suits and accessories is contemporary and popular both in London and around the world, particularly in Canada, the USA and Australia.

After the retirement of the Managing Director in 2004, we passed into full ownership of Richard Anderson Ltd of Savile Row, also at No.13. Richard takes an active and leading role in the direction of Strickland & Sons and has defined the style for a new generation of Strickland customers.
